• Negotiate and close multiple business and real estate transactions, including drafting letters of intent, non-disclosure agreements, purchase and sale agreements, promissory notes, deeds of trust, joint venture agreements, commercial leases, easements, and assignments, ensuring legal accuracy and adherence to client-specific requirements, and when necessary, assist with clearing title to real property;• Assist clients in business formation, and the drafting and review of contracts, including business operating agreements, with a particular focus on series LLCs and joint ventures;• Negotiate and settle numerous contract disputes, having saved my clients millions of dollars collectively in either settling a contract dispute or negotiating the termination of an unfavorable contract the client regrets entering;• Assist clients in trademark registration, and the drafting and review of IP licensing agreements.

Worked with amazing attorneys to aid low income clients with legal matters, primarily dealing with probate issues, clearing titles to property, and landlord/tenant disputes.

I shadowed city attorneys in different sections of the city attorney’s office, including General Counsel, Litigation, Municipal Prosecution, and Community Courts. I reviewed and revised documents including a motion to appoint a receiver, an agreed temporary injunction, and an objection to an amended motion by an opposing party, as well as created a standard template for future motions to appoint a receiver for the city of Dallas. I was also fortunate enough to have sat in on and contributed to meetings regarding zoning ordinances and homeless solutions in the City of Dallas while with general counsel.

I tutored students in English, accent reduction, and American etiquette. I also worked as a consultant for various individuals doing business in the United States, or with the American people, consulting them in both American etiquette and culture.
