• Developed standardized procurement guidelines and beneficiary selection procedures for use by all ARC field offices, increased transparency, and ensured consistent implementation.
• Prepared annual operating budgets for Sarajevo and field offices.
• Diversified ARC’s funding base by securing two USAID grants, expanded ARC’s portfolio of Royal Netherlands Embassy funded projects to new offices, and increased the scope of ARC’s UNHCR-supported projects in southern and western BiH.
• Represented ARC to donor representatives and with Federation and Republika Srpska officials.
