Created and managed an aggressive nine month, phased transition plan, including hiring, training, technology updates and integrations, reporting, quality, and procurement. • Managed the brand transition post-merger from "Livongo" to "Livongo by Teladoc Health," working across marketing, product, design, and operations to ensure alignment across teams and minimizing impact to customers and members.• Developed plan for a year long, multi-million dollar project to automate and bring in-house a large part of our supply chain processes, which would ultimately save the company nearly one million dollars per year.• Simultaneously managed multiple other small projects including planning our return to office post-COVID, managing content creation for Mental Health product revamp, and managing Operational Readiness for release of new backend product updates.
