Ministering in the metropolitan communities of Cincinnati to create opportunities of spiritual, mental and physical wellness. In order to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church we will work to engage, equip and empower coaches to then disciple athletes. We will be partnering with other corporations, sports ministry organizations and community leaders to fulfill the needs of their communities and host a variety of events i.e camps, huddles, retreats, etc. to engage athletes of all ages and in every part of the city.

Had an active role in training and mentoring associates on merchandise guidelines, protection standards and established best methods and ensures associates execute tasks and daily activities in accordance with store plan.• Upholds retail merchandising philosophies when creating and maintaining compelling features with merchandise and signage which follows company procedures and standards.• Contributes to company and store goals to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by pitching and signing customers up for the store’s credit card or access membership.

Ozanam Center for Service Learning Program Coordinator Facilitated multi-faceted service learning immersion and for groups of 5-50 youth and adults, to raise awareness, encourage mutual respect and promote solutions that support systemic change.Contributed to curriculum development; plan retreat models and activities; manage participant data, and lead opportunities for direct service to our local neighbors. Created a foundation for social justice and encouraging a paradigm shift in youth, young adults and adults by connecting their service to larger, societal issues through simulation, interaction and reflection.Re-Entry Program CoordinatorServed as an advocate for returning citizens - connecting them with needed resources through our community partner network. Developed systems for organizational efficiency for the program. Established tracking systems for patient interaction and program spending, communication devices, and promotional material to directly connect returning citizens to the Re-Entry program.Created a support and networking group for women affected by the criminal justice system to discuss their challenges and successes and gain resources to work toward self-sufficiency.

Facilitated recreation and leisure activities in a day camp setting to 18-22 teen campers with all abilities. Promoted rehabilitation, independence, and health and wellness into recreation.Provided one-on-one care and interacted with all campers, gaining knowledge and management of a variety of disabilities. Ensured campers safety at all times. Planned and lead activities to develop skills such as gross motor, fine motor, social interaction, life skills and aquatics. Created and managed weekly camp schedules- modifying them to staff availability and camper attendance. Reviewed campers’ goals to assist their staff with completing them; co-evaluated staff with feedback on goal achievement, camper engagement and overall work performance. Adapted Aquatics Instructor Planned 50-minute adapted swimming programs based on individual’s goals and abilities; teaching basic to proficient swimming skills, water safety and independence in the water.

Gained emergency response skills in various sports settings and attained skills to evaluate, rehabilitate and prevent injuries of the upper and lower body including chronic and acute sport specific injuries, traumatic brain injuries and general medical conditions. • Learned various taping/padding techniques, how to properly fit and manage protective sport equipment, and aided in pre-participation physical exams.• Upheld travel responsibilities that included packing all medical kits, accessing emergency equipment at facility and familiarizing self with site-specific emergency action plans. Learned how to adapt care according to resources available to provide full and quality healthcare.• Interacted with various medical staff- other athletic trainers, physical therapists, orthopedic doctors, chiropractors, sports psychologists, etc. to gain intra-professional experience and knowledge.
