-Launched Facebook ads and social media campaigns for all restaurants to promote events and specials to help drive sales. -Worked closely with our PR company on press releases, photo shoots and local tv demos and promotions.-Created unique events and content for the restaurants Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat to incorporate into their store for more interaction from customers.

Waiheke Island, New Zealand

-Coordinated accommodation and meals for contract workers during high season. -Delivered meals in the vineyard as well as helped pick grapes for harvest. -Assisted with the tastings and selling of wine in the tasting room.

Fort Worth, Tx

-Assisted Catering managers with creating client contracts and remained a key contact for questions with clients.-Created in house banquet event orders as well as organized and distributed banquet event orders to the entire hotel. -Supported the Business Travel Sales manager when negotiating a sleeping room rate as well as making reservations for key clients.

-Made new connections through cold calling to help potentially new clients become aware of their finances. -Maintained relationships through following up every three months to see how we could be of service to them. -I planned and executed dinner seminars for clients by closely working with restaurants to assemble the set menu and price. I also personally followed up with the clients about the time and date of the seminars. -I used programs such as Gorilla (A client input system), Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

I worked as a stage manager on 3 shows at this school including RENT, Little Women the Musical and also Bus Stop. Much detail and authority went into these jobs on getting every light and sound cue correct and also keeping the cast and crew up to speed on everything that was happening.
