• Lead and manage a diverse group of umpires and multiple athletic teams to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to the regulations during events and competitions• Serve as an Accounting Assistant alongside the Lead Accountant to make sure that profitability and expense metrics are being monitored and maintained within the target benchmark• Responsible for tracking any other additional financial requirements, to identify and address the needs promptly and effectively• Ensure that the company financial reports are completed for the Executive Team’s review.• Plan, organize and facilitate effective softball tournaments locally, regionally and nationally, with several top teams in Florida and across the United States.
