Investigating Crohn’s Disease in pediatric patients. Apart of a research team focused on understanding the onset, progression, and treatment outcomes of Crohn’s Disease in children.

Assisted the Program Assistant Director with the learning journey virtual tour summer program by creating content that featured three international destinations. Worked as a counselor executing weekly Learning Journey summer camps for children ages 6-12 at the Detroit Police Athletic League. Led a fundraiser raising $30k to send nine inner-city students to the World Conference in Dubai. Facilitated discussions with The Young African Leaders Initiative to discuss cultural immersion, leadership development, and international travel.

Assisted with baking, glazing, and packaging about 3,000 baked goods per day. Bussed tables, seated customers, and prepared orders in the kitchen. Maintained composure in stressful situations while handling large crowds and assisting associates.

Participated in over 70 hours teaching youth in the city of Detroit how to play lacrosse. Organized and hosted a drive collecting lacrosse equipment to donate to a boarding school in South Africa. The equipment was also used in a lacrosse clinic for youth in Johannesburg.
