Overall responsible for managing customer relationshipBeing a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and executive sponsors at customersCommercially responsible for growing and protecting customer revenue Negotiate and secure renewals for customersHighlighting value creation with Industrial DataOps and Manufacturing knowledge through EBRs, Workshops, Value Engineering and engaging with C-level sponsorsEnsure value delivery for Cognite Customers, while growing ARRIncrease and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) and NPS scores, and nurture into customer reference programDevelop and maintain customer success plans, charting a path to the customer’s desired outcomeBuild engagement in customer communities
