• Working for a public sector energy company, overseeing the upgrading of 70km of gas pipeline to an 80-bar operating pressure, greatly improving performance and durability• Managing the project throughout all implementation stages, working closely with contractors and suppliers to minimise delays and ensure smooth and efficient progress• Ensuring work took place to agreed standards, timescales and specifications• Overseeing various processes and tasks, including sectionalizing, bypassing, pressure testing and reassembly of mainline valves• Communicating with government agencies to ensure safe and secure working conditions onsite• Providing clear and accurate reports to all stakeholders on progress and performance

Matola

• Worked at a cement manufacturing plant• Managed all maintenance activities at the facility, ranging from quarrying raw materials to dispatching supplies to a range of commercial and industrial customers• Oversaw the usage of resources and budgets, maximizing productivity and minimizing costs• Managed key elements of the facility, including a Kiln and three Cement Mills• Ensured high standards of quality and Health and Safety across the site
