• Provide level III technical support for our help desk engineers to ensure that our clients receive the best technical support possible.
• Technical lead on multiple projects that include but not limited too; email migrations, 2FA, Server refresh, ADFS, and Password Manager.
• Installed, configured, and support of AuthAnvil, our two factor authentication system. By implementing AuthAnvil we can supply a level of security that our clients can trust.
• Research, demo, and evaluate new products to be considered for deployment to add greater value and end user experience.
• ADFS implementation for Single Sign On capabilities for our clients using Office 365.

• Designed, built, configured, and supported multiple technology systems for clients of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) that targeted the health care industry.
• Provided Level IV technical support for multiple customers.
• Worked closely with McKesson to roll out Paragon and HPF systems. This includes connecting the sites to the McKesson Data Center and building the infrastructure to support the systems.
• Configured, implemented, and supported a new domain for a hospital company with 7 locations.
• Configured Cisco 5505, 5510, 5512 ASA, Meraki MX80, and SonicWall TZ210 security appliances. This included configuring NATTING, Port Forwarding, active/standby fail-over configurations, and VPN’s.
• Designed, installed, configured, and supported new office setups. This includes installing new Domain (Domain Controllers), file servers, switches, firewall, wireless access points and working closely with phone.

• Level II support of all information technology functions for a 24 location Hospital Company.
• Preformed and documented full Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 Domain migration of 18 sites and configuring of Domain Controllers.
• Opened nine hospitals that included server builds, equipment installs, creation of print queues, and modified AD to fit business needs.
• Managed Windows Active Directory infrastructure; including FSMO roles, DNS, DHCP, WINS, OU creation and group policy creation and enforcement for over 100 servers.
• Install and maintain a six server 3.0.1 VMware ESX cluster with DRS and HA Functionality. Perform P2V migrations to consolidate current physical server environment to reduce data center footprint.
• Upgraded VMware ESX cluster to version 3.5.

• Maintain multiple account bases containing a wide variety of services and products in order to provide accurate and timely commissions for the Sales Agent, Data Agent, and Partner Programs. This includes researching.
• Troubleshooter for network usage, Intel based computers, and peripherals that include computer configuration, maintenance and repair on Windows NT network with Windows 95 clients. I would act as support person for any.
• Implemented and tested new order tracking system that included developing training material, training new personnel, and installing the application.
• Supervised the tracking of agent’s orders that consisted of over 10,000 orders a day, and a team of twelve people.
• Provided reports and order tracking information for other groups that required strong database skills in order to manipulate data and create reports.
