Designed, developed and deployed an enterprise level VBA reporting system. The no-touch, fully automated framework significantly expanded the scope and coverage of B.I. across the publishing division• Designed, developed, and automated the NEJM Group’s first suite of KPIs, comprised of over 100 KPIs across 7 different business units• Designed and built the primary report for analyzing NEJM.org web traffic, delivering 166 web and revenue metrics and crossing 8 channels – fully automated• Managed the on-demand “front-line” reporting and analytic needs of the NEJM Group, fielding and responding to 341 individual ad-hoc data requests in 2012• Deployed a customer demographics data model extension within our web analytics tool, gaining a first ever view of web traffic by demographics and paving the way for a highly profitable line of targeted advertising products• Contributed to the design and development of a company-first “360 degree view-of-customer” data warehouse, enabling cross-product analysis and opening up new marketing opportunities• Spearheaded the construction of a company garden and employee wellness program. We built a 176 square foot fruit and vegetable garden, and in 2012 I lead the internal Garden Team to a 450 lb harvest and a donation of over 200lbs to a local food pantry
