• Serve as a member of the FSU Foundation’s senior leadership team.• Analyze implications of proposed initiatives and collaborate with and inform other Foundation departments, colleges and units.• Work together with other Direct Support Organizations of the University, including the FSU Alumni Association, Seminole Boosters, John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art and the FSU Real Estate Foundation to coordinate events, communication initiatives and speaking engagements and leverage and promote various DSO events and programs.• Provide direction and administrative oversight to the Office of Advancement Relations (OAR), which includes the departments of Communications, Donor Relations and Stewardship, Board Relations and Special Events. • Provide leadership for these individual departments within OAR as they develop short- and long-range goals as well as yearly work plans and budgets.• Serve as the lead architect of communication strategies, meaningful donor stewardship programs and strategic prospecting and donor recognition events with the goal of advancing and supporting the FSU Foundation’s fundraising enterprise. • Supervise and evaluate direct report personnel and coordinate training to enhance performance, foster and reinforce strong collaborative and mutually supportive relationships and lead the OAR staff in establishing a strong customer-service focused work environment.• Responsible for budget forecasting, management and reporting.• Craft talking points and various written communications for Foundation President, Foundation Board Chair and other leaders as needed.• Work hand in hand with Foundation Board leadership, educating and informing board programming and initiatives.• Chair and serve on committees, as appropriate.

• Report directly to the VP for University Advancement, helping direct the day-to-day efforts of FSU’s billion-dollar campaign, the largest in university history.• Oversee internal and external campaign communications, and supervise campaign marketing, promotions, publications, and advertising efforts.• Organize monthly principal gift meetings, bringing together key fundraising staff to discuss and strategize regarding the university’s top donors and prospects with interests across the university.• Coordinate internal staff communications among FSU Advancement DSOs, organizing staff meetings, retreats, training sessions, and other events.• Manage half million to million dollar plus budget.• Lead key volunteer constituencies internally and externally, including the Faculty/Staff Campaign Committee (staff focused) and the National Campaign Committee (donor focused)• Planning and coordinating an elaborate fall 2018 celebration for the university’s top internal and external constituents to signify the successful conclusion of our fundraising campaign. • Organized and orchestrated a black tie celebration, the most elaborate in university history, to signify the public launch of the university’s campaign.

• Directed FSU’S worldwide network of more than 80 Seminole Clubs and Chapters.• Led a five-year initiative to transform club structure to refine mission, improve engagement efforts, foster greater participation, revise reporting and tax structure, enhance risk management policies, and create greater uniformity and synergy among Seminole Clubs/Chapters and FSU• Affected significant change in the Seminole Club revenue model and university fundraising opportunities related to Seminole Clubs by removing clubs’ ability to charge local dues.• Managed two budget lines, two full-time staff, and a volunteer network of 300 leaders.• Regularly presented at FSU Alumni Association National Board of Directors meetings, and on occasion before the FSU Foundation and Seminole Booster boards.• Collaborated with Programs Department to engage FSU’s 300,000+ alumni through various efforts and core programs including Homecoming festivities, legacy scholarships, reunions, Emeritus luncheons, and other social and educational events.• Utilized event-planning experience to organize and plan annual Leadership Conference for Seminole Club and Chapter leaders as well as other general alumni events such as away game receptions and tailgate festivities.• Originated innovative programming ideas such as FSU Day at the Seminole Tribe experience and the Seminoles at Ski travel program.• Created unique revenue-generating projects for scholarships such as FSU license tags in South Carolina and Texas.

• Created, packaged, and hosted the daily FSU Headlines radio show which highlights FSU’s talented faculty and students and their stellar achievements. Also produced the FSU Headlines television show, which aired statewide in nearly 6 million homes via Sun Sports.• Interacted with and interviewed countless prominent administrators, faculty, and students on a regular basis, including the university President, Provost, VP’s, Deans, Department chairs, and esteemed professors and award-winning students.• Directed special projects such as recruitment and training videos for departments, schools, and colleges on campus, including the College of Business and College of Human Sciences. • Traveled internationally to FSU’s year-round campuses in London, Florence, and Valencia and produced, developed, and hosted several videos and features to highlight the university’s International Programs and celebrate landmark anniversaries for FSU’s study abroad programs.• Commissioned a work group among University Communications and Athletics Department staff, including respective Directors Frank Murphy and Dave Hart, which met monthly to strategize on how to best generate positive news stories about FSU student-athletes among all facets of media. • Instituted a satellite feed for television stations around the country to receive and disseminate news and sports features highlighting positive stories about FSU, specifically its student-athletes.• Began serving as Homecoming Parade Announcer, a role that continues to this day.

• Serve as pre-game host, sideline reporter, and post-game locker room reporter for FSU football radio broadcasts on the Seminole Sports Network from Learfield Hosted the Willie Taggart and Jimbo Fisher shows.• Host “Front Row Noles” a weekly talk show and podcast focused on Florida State Athletics.• Served as host, play-by-play announcer, color-commentator, and/or sideline announcer for ACC Network Extra, WatchESPN, Sunshine Network/Sun Sports, Fox Sports Net/Fox Sports Florida, Comcast, and other networks, in a plethora of sports, including football, basketball, and baseball. • Former radio play-by-play announcer for the Florida State Seminole baseball team. Called play-by-play on 40-45 games per year for 7 seasons as FSU won 7 ACC Atlantic Division crowns, appeared in 6 Super Regionals, and advanced to the College World Series in Omaha 3 times.• Co-hosted a nightly one-hour sports news show that aired in nearly 6 million cable homes via Sun Sports, a regional sports network majority owned by Fox. Responsibilities included writing and anchoring show, plus serving as a regional reporter for Sun Sports. • Served as main sports anchor for statewide cable news station, Florida’s News Channel. Anchored multiple daily sportscasts for the nation’s first all-digital news network.• Spent 3 years as Sports Director at WTXL-TV, the local ABC affiliate in Tallahassee. Produced, wrote, shot, edited, and anchored three newscasts daily at 5:00, 6:00, and 11:00, while also organizing the day-to-day operation of the sports department and managing the sports staff. • Restored sports coverage to the local radio market airwaves before graduating college. Anchored morning and evening drive time sportscasts, and hosted nightly call-in sportstalk show for WTAL-1450 AM, while also calling play-by-play on live basketball and football games.
