Over his 20-year career, Tim has cultivated his leadership ability, establishing a track record of successfully managing strategic programs and teams.As the Global Business Partner for Sales Operations Governance, he leads initiatives to strengthen the sales function and optimize performance, developing and managing a governance framework for processes, data, and compliance to drive revenue growth, streamline operations, and uphold ethical standards.Prior to joining Red Hat, he was responsible for fostering an environment of sustainable growth within NTT's partner ecosystem in the Americas, building their Alliance Operations programs. Before NTT, he was the co-founder of an IT Support and Managed Service provider, growing it through eventual acquisition. During his tenure, he was responsible for the overall strategic and day-to-day operations of the company.Post-acquisition, he co-founded an early-stage investment company where he would facilitate the deal structure and funds placement, then serve as both a coach and a mentor for the firm's portfolio companies.Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
