Key Accountabilities:- Incentive Compensation Reporting and monitoring of progress for annual ROIC and Cash Flow targets as well as relative ROIC ranking and TSR.- Mill performance reporting.- Trend line price and cost updates- Economic forecast updates- Monthly/quarterly/annual reporting (EVAs, shuttle sheets, Downtime reporting, Annual Report, Inventory report, capital employed)- Preparation/review/analysis of data included in BoD presentations, earnings press releases, and quarterly/annual SEC filings.

My key responsibilities include:- Ensuring transactions are recorded in compliance with GAAP and established accounting policies.- Facilitating the monthly closing, review, reconciliation, and reporting processes.- Working as a business partner with the facilities providing analytical support.- Working closely with consolidations, tax, and financial reporting teams.- Participating and working with internal/external financial audits & reports.- Leveraging business / manufacturing knowledge to establish reliable financial processes- Collaboratively working with other teams.
