o Facilitated global product roadmapping sessions with the NeuroSpineENT (NSE) and Navigation (NAV) business units with international locations distributing Stryker Instruments product. Collaborated with the businesses to identify strategic obsolescence targets, which would bend the supply chain cost curve, increase value to customers, and create organizational marketing/sales focus. o Led the Product Life-Cycle Management project of a multimillion-dollar revenue and supply chain conversion. Included a team of 6 consisting of global marketing, supply chain, and demand planning personnel to rationalize the portfolio in question and execute all functional transitions to the new portfolio focus. Projected P&L benefit in 2017 was greater than $4M with change from negative growth to positive growth. o Developed business intelligence dashboards utilizing advanced excel techniques and structured query language to show market trends, supply chain efficiencies, manage inventory levels of obsolescence targets, and demonstrate supply chain opportunities.

o Maintained the post-market performance of NeuroSpineENT (NSE) based products by investigating customer complaints closely with customers and engineering teams. Drove to resolution for customers in difficult to understand product failures and use operations. o Piloted and established a Brand Lead role, which partnered closely with marketing and sales to further prevent product issues in the field. Developing the role further, relationships with upstream marketing were built to identify better solutions for next generation technology.o Served as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Stryker Sonopet Ultrasonic Aspirator to sales representatives and engineering on a product and clinical level.
