Qualitative and quantitative data analysis, streetscape proposals, permit renewals, and administrative duties.

I assisted front of house staff to make sure that every service was a success. This included, but not limited to water service, beverage service, busing, bar back, food running, and problem solving/ prioritizing tasks that required instant results.

I oversaw outreach and operations for the Food Recovery Network. As the president of the organization I was also charged with being Recovery Leader; scheduling and organizing volunteers for each recovery. Assuring that our volunteers had everything they needed to be a part of a successful food recovery. A great volunteer experience makes people feel compelled to return or spread the word about what we were doing on the university campus. To help us reach our goals, I made sure to record food data at recoveries. I was fortunate enough to own a car in Utah and so became our primary food delivery driver, delivering food to the rescue mission twice a week.

Harmon's, a local grocery chain in Utah, started to sell bulk food items in their stores and a series of pre-packaged house labels of fresh pack food items. After working as a cashier for a few months, I became the Fresh Pack Manager at the Harmon's Emigration Market location. I oversaw purchasing and inventory at that location.
