CurrentThe job responsibilities included the following:- Sourcing, screening and short listing of CVs - Interviewing of candidates both on phone and personally - Updating candidate's interviews and its result with follow up - Maintaining & updating data bank from job portals- Drafting appointment letters- Structuring human resource/ employee policies(selection and recruitment, compensation structure)- Developing training programs for the employees- Framing induction programs for new joinees by coordinating between different functional teams
