Following a degree in Marine Law and Business and a further Law degree, Tom went on to a career in the City of London working for the oldest Marine P&I club, moving onto a major Lloyds of London syndicate, working in their Marine & Energy claims department. During a break from the marine insurance world, Tom consulted on two Private Jet start up firms that became major players in the market.Tom matured an extensive knowledge of the high end user market, as well as establishing a substantial network of high networth individuals and close relationships with a range of clients. Tom moved back in the insurance industry in 2009, as a broker having enjoyed his sale skills in aviation, which he is still in today working in the Private Clients and Marine and Aviation areas. Tom is an active committee of the Royal Thames Yacht Club in London and The Royal Yacht Squadron as well on the organising committees for charities such as the RNLI.
