End-End 911 wireless handset compliance acceptance testing. Includes : working with handset vendors to test handsets for compliance with Verizon E911 standards. Tools include : Wireshark (traces, troubleshooting), QXDM, Ericsson ENM, Samsung USM, Intrado reporting (911). Working with Ericsson and Samsung 4G/5G RAN equipment in lab environment, create/update JIRA tickets (internal / external vendors) as required. Other duties include: network RF antenna coax/cabling troubleshooting with Viavi 4G/5G test equipment, Mini Circuit components, and RF logging (QualComm QXDM, ELT).

I was located on-site and represented our clients interests on a wireless MSC expansion construction project. My duties included: monitoring and oversight of the general contractor; providing a daily report of the day's activities using ProCore (included pictures, subcontractor activities); provided access /escorted personnel inside secure facilities as required; provided ProCore financial approvals/recommendations; provided assistance/input on Method Of Procedure documents that detailed service affecting work and working with the Architectural/Engineering teams to relay questions to/from the general contractor's work.

Includes primary responsibilities for CALEA lab IOT project management as well as direct, hands-on platform integration with multiple vendor platforms, CALEA / Lawful Intercept acceptance testing, troubleshooting (including transport layer TCPIP) and documentation . Responsibility for regional transport engineering staff for Southern Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Southern Wyoming, New Mexico, El Paso. My direct reports were: Denver, CO: Sr. Facility Engineers (2); Network Specialist. In regional HQ: Phoenix, AZ: (2) Sr. Facility Engineers; Facility Engineer (contractor); Inventory Specialists. This position required 90% travel. My responsibilities included growth and expansion for: cell site T1’s, switched access/trunking, SS7, Microwave systems, E911 switched access trunking for 10 switches within the eight states in the Desert Mountain Region. This also included Local Exchange Carrier transport expansion contracts (negotiation and approval). These projects included: MSC expansion, metro topology architecture expansion, and overall transport topology design and implementation (MOPs, change controls, etc) for the metro areas of Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Colorado Springs, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, / Sante Fe, El Paso, as well as RSA issues.
