My name is Cole White, and I am currently studying Exercise Science at Georgia State University. I was born in raised in Dahlonega, Georgia. I enjoy hunting, fishing, training, snowboarding, sports-related activities, cooking, and most important, serving my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I have one sibling and two loving parents that support me through everything I do. I grew up playing sports from the time I was six years old until I graduated high school. I played football, baseball, basketball, soccer, and wrestling. Once I entered high school, I stuck by football and wrestling. Throughout high school, I underwent two labrum surgeries in my left shoulder that led me to learn and teach others how to prevent injury. Wrestling introduced me to meet many different people within the Kinesiology and health related field. I was able to talk to state championship strength and conditioning coordinators, all the way to a physical therapist due to the shoulder injuries. All of this guided me down the path to where I am now. I hope to use my knowledge to improve the state of the fitness industry by ensuring that each individual's biomechanical movements are adequate to their specific physiological makeup and improve training methods to show better results with optimal efforts and consistency. As an overall goal for my career, I want to improve the health and fitness and refine the lifestyle of those dedicated to seeing a change in their life.
