I am a recent graduate from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences in Concord, North Carolina. Beyond my academic career, I had the privilege of working for Romp n’ Roll Harrisburg in an Assistant Manager role, accruing 11 years of work experience with clientele across the lifespan as an Instructor and trainer. During my free time, I actively participated in sessions as an OT-Tech. Across many settings, I learned valuable professional skills, such as resourcefulness, patience, and adaptability. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as energetic and approachable to clients by my professors and colleagues. Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I apply critical thinking, skilled and client-centered interventions through play, social participation, education, and basic activities of daily living, which I hope to leverage into a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant role.
