In this role I provide strategic direction and vision for Getty while leading the Getty Digital Imaging Department, a team of 25 Cultural Heritage Imaging professionals at four locations. The Digital Imaging department focuses on 2D+3D and advanced imaging of museum, archival, and library collections supporting all programs at Getty including the Getty Museum(s) (Center and Villa), Research Institute, Conservation Institute, and Foundation.previous title: Assistant Director, Getty Digital. • Performed digital imaging services of collection materials for research, archival, exhibition, publication and online access, including photography and post-production. • Supported digitization initiatives, executed production-level digital capture using a variety of hardware, software, and methodologies. • Leveraged expertise to develop new concepts and techniques.
