Responsible for the day to day operations in Deacon Pointe Assisted Living, managing various departments in Coble Healthcare, and working to implement culture change.

Responsible for approximately 550 Independent Living Residents. Working to ensure that their move to our campus is smooth and they have all the resources they need in the community. Responsible for staying apprised of any medical conditions that may arise, making hospital visits, and suggesting transfer to a higher level of care if/when it becomes appropriate. Cofacilitator for the Parkinson's Disease Support Group. Primary contact for local universities regarding intern/volunteer placement.

Planned fundraising events such as Lock-Ups, Fill the Boot Drives, Shamrock Campaigns, Golf Tournaments and Galas. Our office budget was just under $1m and we were able to meet that budget which helped to ensure that the families we served - around 800 in our 18 county area would be able to continue to receive the services they needed. Responsible for the interviewing, hiring and training of recruitment coordinators and helping to train new staff members. As part of my position I was also able to assist in a small part with the annual summer camp for kids age 6-21. The camp is held for one week in the summer and we serve as additional onsite resources for activities and supervision.
