Manage and lead all aspects of the Site Project and Process Engineering and Maintenance functions at the Florence manufacturing site. Serve as Chair of the site capital planning governance team. Job scope includes overall responsibility for the direction of three operational services department as well as shared (with Director of Facilities Operations and Services) strategic responsibility for the site. Manage/lead all aspects of project engineering and maintenance functions at the Florence site with responsibility to plan and administer an operating budget of approximately $18 million and a site capital investment budget that varies annually from $20 to $40 million. Ensure that all activities performed the area of responsibility follow best practices andmaintain regulatory compliance, including cGMP, OSHA, and EPA requirements. Oversee the site Mechanical Integrity program per OSHA 1910, Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements. Ensure all existing site engineering standards and practices are current as appropriate. Direct accountability includes reliability engineering, maintenance planning and scheduling, facility management and computerized maintenance systems functions.
