All routine and adhoc analysis for the client and financial analysis for the contract including invoice reconciliation/generation.Largely an analytics role, for instance: drawing datasets from internal and external sources such as Occupational Health data and client absence records, and using that data to build performance metrics including long term absence referral rate, short term absence referral rate, timeliness to referral and absence duration. Using data to model absence expectation and business impact using available variables for instance employee demographics, type of absence, recurrence, and duration. Providing actionable insight to the client i.e., an overview of the expected cost of absence and the ROI on timely referral to Occupational Health. Building dashboards and reports and relaying findings to non-technical audiences.
