• Conceived, planned, rezoned, financed and close land for a $45M mixed-use (350 apartments and 50,000 sf office) project near UT Southwestern in Dallas. Handled asset management and property management functions for the 125,000 sf of office improvements currently on the site.• Stabilized a truck storage and maintenance development by settling disputes with the contractor and former developer, hiring a new management & leasing company, and addressing major security problems.• Completed a difficult right-of-way acquisition through a partnership with the City of Lewisville and several landowners near the Highpoint Oaks property. Implemented new reporting procedures that greatly improved communications between the partnership and Granite Land Company.

• Closed $27.5M in development transactions for the company, maintained key lender and equity relationships including JP Morgan Investment Management Group and Amegy Bank, and developed new lender relationships.• Performed detailed financial analysis and market due diligence for all projects in the INCAP pipeline – over $267M in development deals.• Modeled past and future fund performance to drive investment committee decision making.

• Performed detailed financial analysis and due diligence for all projects in the Hughes pipeline – over $400M in development deals, including for sale and for rent residential and retail (primarily mixed-use).• Closed $45M in development transactions for the company including a construction loan with Fremont, a refinancing with Compass Bank, an assumption of a HUD-insured mortgage with Key Bank, a land loan with Park Cities Bank, and two equity partnerships.• Assisted in project management of the ArtHouse condominiums, a 65 unit condominium project in Fort Worth. Responsibilities included construction oversight, draw preparation, project reporting, etc.• Developed business plan and created investment package for Hughes Development, LP. The result was a recapitalization of the company and progress toward doubling of the asset base in 4 years.

• Managed 20 clients/key accounts from pre-sales to customer support. Sold $593,000 of consulting services.• Recruited and mentored several new hires as Kana expanded headcount from 150 to 1100 in one year. • Assisted the sales pursuit team in winning the largest deal ever, at that point in Kana’s history, for their direct marketing product.
