Manage Homebuyer Solutions and Credit Solutions Sales teams that are responsible for up to 55% of total sales within the company year-over-year. Oversee strategic planning and goal setting as part of a standing committee. Supervise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, analyzing trends and implementing marketing strategies to gain higher conversion rates. Collaborate with the IT department to implement a secured monitoring system for confidentiality.
