As an International Marketing Designer, my responsibility is to strategize, develop content, and execute the company’s marketing initiatives for 18 different country markets, in multiple languages. Videos, graphics, presentations, photography-any form of marketing communication. Within 3 months, my role quickly expanded:• Manage and analyze social media presence and interactive direct programs to improve reputation and recognition, as well as meet and exceed sales objectives.• Manage multiple country accounts on several online social content platforms. • Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies for the company.• Design product packaging, components, and function for new and existing products.• Source, quote, and design promotional products, gifts, and incentive pieces for the corporate company.• Assist in the smooth execution of global events , campaigns, and recognition programs. • Build, organize, and design seamless interactive presentations, mostly using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Tiled and PowerPoint.

Development Specialist: I organized and developed hundreds of rolls of film a day (35, 110, 120, 220, 4x5), with different processes (Black & white, C-41, E6). I worked diligently to keep up with the high volume of orders and accurately mix chemistry to keep consistency within the development of our film. Scanning Specialist: Within the first quarter, I was promoted and cross trained in the scanning department as the sole B&W scanner on both the Noritsu & Frontier scanners. I worked closely with remote editors to scan, correct contrast and brightness, and sometimes edit scans before sending them to the editor in a fast/timely manner. Printing Specialist: I was promoted again and cross trained in the printing department. I organized files and printed orders on fine art paper on both wet prints and large scale Epson prints. I worked with various fine photographic papers, inks, and sizes of prints. I worked in all three departments on a weekly basis. I am a versatile employee who sought experience in various departments to become more informed and reliable.

Created and designed all digital and physical marketing materials and promotional content for events. Assisted in the execution of social events, scholar opportunities, and business investment meetings. Accurately entered in crucial and highly sensitive data into Edward Jones database. Performed administrative work, identifying problems and executing work without guidance.

Created and designed fliers and content for sales, events, and daily promotions using various Adobe programs, maintained Public Relations with customers. Facilitated organization and merchandising.
