Team Broady can trace its roots back to 1988 with the founder of the business, Libby Broady. She began her career on a whim when her Husband Max suggested that Real Estate might be a great “part-time”job for her, now that her kids were all in school full-time. Little did Max realize that Libby would soon go on to become the #1 realtor in her office and eventually the matriarch of what is now one of Royal LePage’s top 50 most successful real estate teams. As 2 of her kids gradually joined the business, she quickly realized that something special was gradually being created. A family business that she is now immensely proud of.Jump ahead to today, and the business has certainly evolved. Team Broady now consists of 4 full-time realtors, 1 full-time client care specialist and an ongoing recruiting and mentorship program. The team is constantly dreaming up new and innovative ideas on how to differentiate themselves from the competition, give back to the community where they live and work and above all, deliver unparalleled service and advice to their loyal client base. They subscribe to the “Client for Life” philosophy and are also heavily committed to helping out those less fortunate through various philanthropic efforts such as the Alzheiemer’s Society of Montreal (The family patriarch Max, fought a 17 year battle with the disease) and the West Island Women’s Shelter.
