Our cookery school is a purpose built facility in the heart of rural Staffordshire. Together with our culinary pros we deliver a wide range of learning, development and team building experiences. Our courses are creative, fun and memorable and facilitate learning for confident cooks and novices alike. Our space is completely immersive and our rural setting allows for a completely off-grid experience or delegates can use our fast internet connection to upload or share photo online and communicate with the office should the need arise. Our experiences can be completely tailored to your desired outcomes or you can choose from a wide range of tried and tested off-the-shelf culinary experiences. Our cookery challenges are a great way to help individuals connect, build bridges and facilitate better working relationships. This is particularly effective for teams that work in a hybrid style or companies that operate across multiple sites or locations.Our professional cooking space is also perfect for off-site product development and product innovation days for food and drink producers. Our kitchen facility provides an excellent range of both professional and domestic cooking equipment and our team can be on-hand to provide lunch and support throughout the day should you need it. I have received excellent feedback for both our facilities and our experiences from medium and large companies carrying out product innovation days and taking part in team building activities.

I worked with young people to support them through their educational experiences from 11-16 years. My role was to ensure each and every young person had the opportunity to achieve whatever they wished and make the most of every learning experience. My role also included responsibility for organising events for the Eco Club to encourage people to consider how they could postively impact sustainability and the environment by making better and more conscious decisions around how food is sourced and produced.Teaching life skills alongside academic experiences was central to my role to ensure everyone was set to progress to the next stage of their learning journey.
