After many years in real estate servicing, I obtained a Real Estate license in 2010 because I realized that the industry was in desperate need of honest, committed and dedicated professionals who possessed a desire to provide a world class customer experience without all the "hot air", hype and "over promising. I wanted to build a better experience for any and everyone buying, selling or leasing real estate and to assist Investors with efficient property management.My professional background includes Property Management, Multi-Family Leasing, Mortgage & Title, Appraisal Management, Transaction Coordination and Manufactured Home Sales. I am Principal with APA Management Solutions, a Real Estate Support Services firm providing leasing services, administrative assistance, tenant support and transaction coordination for real estate investment professionals. I am a fully licensed Realtor and a member of the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors (GMAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the National Notary Association (NNA) & the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA). In February 2022, I accepted nomination and election to the church Board of Trustees with Unity of Farmington Hills in Farmington Hills, Michigan. I am a student at Arizona State University, majoring in the Cultural Anthropology and Urban Planning with a minor in Sustainability. Recently, I obtained a Michigan Manufactured Home Dealership license under Blue Ribbon Residential Sales and Lease. I am a practicing Aromatherapist and Wellness Advocate with doTerra International and provide financial counseling and other lifestyle services through my affiliation with Primerica. In my spare time, I enjoy participating in activities with my church, fishing, camping, hiking, traveling, reading, spending time with my family, volunteering and gardening.
