In February 2015 Richard became Manager for Harcourts Dunedin, and a business owner and Director of Highland Real Estate Group Limited. This Dunedin office is a major part of the Highland Real Estate Group, who own and operate all the Harcourts offices throughout Otago including Wanaka, Queenstown, Cromwell, Alexandra, Balclutha and Dunedin.Richard first joined Harcourts Queenstown in 2004 and was consistently Top 10 Central Otago and Top 100 for Harcourts New Zealand every year - and Number 1 for Harcourts Queenstown 08/09, 12/13, 13/14 and 14/15.After 11 years as a Top Performing Sales Consultant, he is passionate about bringing his commitment to the industry into his role as Manager. He heads up a team who all share in the desire to deliver the very best in real estate service to their clients, and whose collective goal with every transaction is to Exceed the Clients Expectations!Richard holds tertiary qualifications in Engineering and Marketing, and has held senior positions with high profile companies like NZ Safety and Lion Nathan. He is able to bring these marketing and negotiation skills to the real estate industry, and thrives on delivering great results.Outside of real estate he is a keen skier and golfer, and is also regularly seen around town playing live music, another one of his passions in life.
