Daily, I utilize Excel with Power Automate to transform business processes and streamline workflows. As the administrator of a SharePoint repository housing thousands of in-depth investigations on missing inventory, I ensure the integrity and accessibility of crucial data. Additionally, I have mastered our security platform, overseeing comprehensive investigations that integrate digital records, recorded footage, and physical searches.Utilizing my data analytics skill set, I have managed to make a significant reduction in lost inventory. My investigative process is thorough and effective, involving detailed analysis of logs and reports to recreate timelines, identify issues, and pinpoint responsible individuals. This method allows me to resolve investigations efficiently, whether working from my terminal or on-site, leading to timely resolutions and proactive coaching to prevent future issues.My most recent role has led me to become an expert on the Manhattan Active Platform WMOS, which I have used to enhance my role. This expertise allows me to quickly pivot and provide support across departments. By incorporating this with the IBM Analytics Platform SCI, I extract valuable business intelligence to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning. My versatility and adaptability enable me to take on any role thrown my way, seamlessly switching between different tasks and responsibilities to meet organizational needs.My personal mission is to leverage Industrial IoT (IIoT) and digital twin technology to drive data-driven decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
