This guide covered the whole hiring process from gathering requirements to filing paperwork, recruiting, interviewing, hiring and welcoming and the new student into the team. Richard's guide even covered getting new student up to speed in as short a period of time as possible. His guide ensured that students hit the ground running from the moment they walked through the door. Due to its completeness, the manual was easily extended and also became a reference guide for the process of hiring consultants. Richard's personable attitude, professional presentation, teamwork oriented attitude and personal pride in his work not only ensure his projects were completed, but that they were completed well. Open two-way communication ensured that Richard regularly contributed in a positive way as he stepped up, learned and faced challenges as he progressed through his 4 month term. A little encouragement often went a long way. Everyone including myself enjoyed and appreciated Richard. He was a valuable member of our team and we were sorry to see him go when it was time to return to school at the end of his term. I highly recommend Richard Tea and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to work with him again in the future."
