As the Development Manager IT for Nike Android & iOS Mobile Apps in the Middle East, I played a key role in driving the success of these flagship products. I worked closely with product managers and Nike Global teams to ensure that development was aligned with business objectives and requirements. This involved managing cross-functional teams and working with Nike's global team across three different time zones.I ensured that the project was executed seamlessly and efficiently through effective communication and collaboration.
