I have worked in the solar cell production industry for Three year's, from 2021to 2024. During this time, I was employed at solar Cell manufacturing company (Multi,Mono,Perc,Perc+) as a Jr. EngineerMy main responsibilities in this role included overseeing the production process for solar cells, ensuring that all stages of the manufacturing process were completed efficiently and effectively. I was responsible for managing a team of production technicians, as well as working closely with other engineers and managers to ensure that all aspects of the production process ran smoothly.One of my key accomplishments in this role was leading a project to improve the efficiency of our solar cell production process. I worked closely with the production team to identify areas where we could streamline our processes, reduce waste and improve the overall quality of our products.Through a combination of process improvements, equipment upgrades and staff training, we were able to significantly increase our production output while maintaining high levels of quality.
