Under the umbrella of Professional Services, I work alongside teams to design, develop, test, and deploy Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications for customers, including Fortune 500 companies. - These custom IVR applications are Java-based and built using Avaya Aura® Orchestration Designer.- I have installed and upgraded Tomcat servers and Postgres databases, as well as helped with support and troubleshooting application, server, or Avaya system issues.- I work directly with customers to make sure their requirements are met and to take care of any changes or concerns as their project progresses. Establishing a good relationship with a customer is important to me, as it makes the post-go-live and support process much easier.As an intern (Oct 2015 - May 2017), I worked on in-house projects and found solutions to minor company needs. The Residency Program is designed to train and cultivate young ambitious leaders into gospel-driven servants who lead the church. It consists of a one-year intensive residency that is directed towards raising up healthy mature leaders for the existing church as well as future church plants.As a part of the Communications Team, I specialized in managing multiple Squarespace websites and keeping content up to date. I sought out unique ways to make pages more visually interesting or helpful through utilizing code injections and implementing 3rd party plugins. In addition, I contributed to communication requests from the office and collaborated with other designers for branding and other design needs.As a part of the Teaching Team, I wrote and co-wrote study guides, blogs, and other supplementary resources. As a liaison to the Communications Team, I formatted and uploaded the content online.

I worked as a team coordinator with Youth Digital's Minecraft Mod Design summer camps.Outside of the classroom, I communicated with the host schools, oversaw pick-up and drop-off everyday, and communicated with staff from Youth Digital headquarters about any issues.In the classroom, I worked with a team of two other teachers to help students create awesome mods with Java in Eclipse (we also used GIMP for pixel editing). I helped demonstrate the material, helped students one-on-one, fixed errors and technical issues, and even created new code outside of the curriculum to help students who wanted to go above and beyond our standards. I was also responsible for our points and marks system, as well as creating accounts for the students.
