Mr. Miller designed and managed development of a next-generation Lotus Notes order management/image workflow system in concert with its technology partner, IBM. The resulting efficiency gains were recognized by the Gartner Group and Information Week with their 1996 “Best Internet Infrastructure” award. The system was featured in IBM’s “Success Stories” advertising campaign. Mr. Miller was a featured speaker on IBM’s nationwide e-Business Tour.

Miller headed the business unit responsible for the development, launch, and rapid growth of the enormously successful InfoTrac search business line. Mr. Miller was tasked with full P&L responsibility for the $100MM+ InfoTrac product line. Sales projections were exceeded by 200%. Mr. Miller was responsible for all aspects of InfoTrac product line management, including technology, content, marketing, sales, and finance. InfoTrac has generated over $1 billion in sales since its launch, remaining one of the industry’s most successful products.
