I have been involved with the running of businesses ever since leaving school. My first business was started up in the 1980s with the help of the Princes Youth Business Trust. I completed numerous business courses at GlosCat college then did a HND at Cheltenham college in Hotel Management and Institutional Catering. I then went on to complete a 'Cooks Professional Course' at Stroud Technical College. From 1995 onwards, I was a coordinator of a large area with many distributors for a catalogue company, this gave me an insight into working as a self employed manager for a huge pyramid company. Over a number of years I carried on my studies in a different direction at Stroud Technical College, completing every course I could get my hands on, involving computers, design, and business, including BTECs for Desk Top Publishing, IT, Sage Accounts, Typing Up to RSA 3 level and Teeline Shorthand.After leaving Stroud College I worked as a cost drafter at Aston Associates and when this company dissolved, I moved to Buckinghamshire.In 1998 I worked for a company called Castle Credit in Aylesbury, a finance company, working on customer accounts and setting up a database. At this time, I also worked part time for a company called Buckinghamshire Window Company and Champion Dog Boarding, sorting out their customer database, company computers and accounts.From 2003 to 2007 I worked for a lovely family run company in Aylesbury called Robinsons of Aylesbury, working on their accounts and quotations. At the same time I did the accounts for my partner's Multimedia company - TechnoVisual Ltd.In 2007, I become a full time partner in TechnoVisual Ltd, as the Managing Director and since then things have changed dramatically, with a huge boost to marketing, investment and future planning, things are well and truly on the up.Specialties: Graphic Design, Printing, bespoke packaging.
