TechSolvers is an IT support and consultancy company based in Hertfordshire. It is privately owned by IT professionals, who between them have worked in various senior IT / management consultancy positions, for large corporate organisations such as Computer Sciences Corporation, Barclays, Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Fidelity Investments, Eversheds, Anglo American and Budget Rent A Car International. Although TechSolvers growth has been considerable from its inception six years ago, the ethos held by the directors is one of a customer service driven company, and with this in mind they are committed to providing quality IT services whilst maintaining a personal touch. Worked with retail IT teams on projects including deployment of new till OS and implimentation of systems management.

Working For Marks and Spencers providing Hardware and Operating Systems knowledge to help build and maintain Test environments supporting application teams and future developments within the store infrastructure.

Worked on the maintenance of the standard desktop, laptop RAS solution, decommisioing NetWare Infrstructure, Implimentation of Telepresence and Windows server builds for remote sites.

Working as part of the transition to Windows XP/Server 2003 team. Also involved with application packaging and design/impliment of Citrix solutions for off-shoring.

Providing 3rd line technical support and troubleshooting for the desktop environment across 3 sites.

Worked on desktop support and development.

Working for Anglo American plc originally as a support analyst then as help desk manager.
