Ignition Summit is a 3-day conference that AIESEC in DLSU-M holds annually to help integrate newmembers into the organization. The conference manager works hand in hand with the OrganizingCommittee President to oversee the entire event and provide insight to help make the event itselfsuccessful.

We were tasked to think of innovative ways in order for clients to use the company's cash kiosk as analternative method of paying for their bills. We were also tasked to arrange meetings for BD, andoccasionally aid in helping in Sales for the company's product.

A staffer for Delegate Management handles the delegates for the conference that includes engagingthe delegates to keep them interested in the event in coordination with the Marketing Department,being the Person In Charge of the delegates inquiries and needs, creation of the delegates conferencehandbook, and ensuring the safety of the delegates during the event proper,

As interns we determined which location is the most optimal place to set up or rent a warehouse andto do ocular visits in order to physically determine whether the location that was deemed optimal, befeasible in terms of size, location, and accessibility.
