Plan, implement and manage all day to day operation of the litigation department for all property damage and bodily injury claims in the State of Florida, Kentucky, South Carolina & Virginia. Managed and negotiated all Florida’s Bad Faith claims.

Provide first level customer support for the company’s products and assist company employees with network connectivity, remote access, network authentication, e-mail access, and basic software applications help. Monitor incidents to make sure customers SLA were met. Fulfill customers request for software. Assist the IS department setting up entire network.
