U.S. DirectorAfrica Inland Mission International Aug 1987 - Aug 2013600 Westpark Drive, Peachtree City, Ga, 30269Chief Executive Officer for AIM U.S. 1987 – August 2013• Directed relocation of the AIM U.S. headquarters from Pearl River, NY to Peachtree City, GA, freeing up $2 million in cash to accomplish AIM’s mission, saving over $200,000 in operating costs, and boosting employees’ quality of life by moving to an area where they could purchase homes.• Negotiated health care costs in 2012 from a carrier-proposed 20% increase and in 2013 from a proposed 33.9% increase to an overall group rate with no increase in both years.• Led and facilitated establishment of a well-received parallel organization/legal entity for workers in other nations, providing worker transparency for over 100 individuals when fully implemented. • Established an African ministry in the U.S. to see Africans saved and discipled to be Christ’s light in the world, equipping some to return to Africa to minister.• Initiated a Training Ministry on how to reach people of different faith and cultures, enabling and equipping approximately 200 people in one year. • Led and facilitated prayer times at mission headquarters, centering staff on God’s presence, cultivating trust and unity while positioning everyone to see how miraculously and often immediately God answers prayer.• Led and facilitated use of AIM resources to help establish critical partnerships resulting in AIM Brazil’s mobilizing operations, equipping and optimizing missionary service deployment to Africa. • Led $10 million development of the AIM retirement center, adding 10 new duplexes, a main building and activity center, boosting quality of life and care for missionaries who served in Africa.• Led staff to mobilize and provide member care for 589 full-term (FT) workers in 22 countries of Africa. (1990 to 2012 increase in deployed members: 440 to 589 FT (+25%); 29 to 116 Short Term (ST) (+75%).• Led while total revenue for AIM US grew during my tenure 67% ($8 to $24 million).
