• Setup and Program Nakumura Tome CNC lathes (Fanuc control)• Operate Several lathes simultaneously during production• Operate band saw to cut material for production orders

• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints to create machine tooling• Analyze and resolve all machine tooling and die issues as they occur in a • Timely manner to insure minimum loss of production.• Proficient with calibrated measuring instruments • Strong welding ability and plant fabricator• Responsible for all equipment, supplies, and maintenance in the machine shop. • Set up and operate the following: Mazak Lathe, Bridgeport mill, • Lapping table, surface grinder, OD/ID grinder, and vertical band saw. • Experience with carbide, tool steel, aluminum, stainless steel and ceramic.
