Own and operate Yoga Palmeira a small yoga studio in Hove Palmeira Square. Offering online live classes, and in person classes for small groups and individuals. A focus on meditation, and breathing techniques for all age groups. 2014 certified with Bikram Choudhury. 2018 Certified in Hatha Yoga with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. 2022 Certified as Advanced Yoga Instructor with Sivananda Yoga Vendanta Cetre in Tyrol.

Managed a portfolio of clients involved with iCrossing in Search Engine Marketing. Clients included P&O Ferries, Esure, Lipsy, amongst others.

At ICONS, I was responsible to develop the education programme for a heritage based, pilot project website, ensuring the successful delivery of cross-curricular lesson material. It was my responsibility to create several working partnerships that supported the delivery of educational content on the website. ICONS was a pilot project set up by Cogapp Ltd and Culture Online, and involved relationship management with various partners such as the British Museum, British Library, British Postal Museum and Archive, Mencap and Age Concern. I worked within Cogapp to support the delivery the project, and sustained a responsibility across marketing, promotions, project development, and relations management.

I was responsible to research current and active funded projects in the New Practices in Learning Technologies initiative within HRDC (Human Resources Development Canada)
