Evaluated original design and marketing and led team through re-conception to add major design enhancements to significantly increase sales revenue plan. Led North America real estate development teams of up to 20 people to grow portfolio of managed and franchise hotel brands including Wyndham Grand and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. Additionally, supported teams in Asia, Europe and Latin America to grow hotel and timeshare footprint. Oversaw internal and external teams to develop mixed use and pure timeshare resorts in sophisticated transaction structures for Wyndham Vacation Ownership.• Planned and guided teams through phased renovations in operating properties and new hotel developments for Wyndham Hotel Group to serve as “hallmark” properties, such as Wyndham Florham Park (near corporate HQ), Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach, Wyndham Midtown 45 (NYC) and Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek Resort.• Recruited and led Latin America / Caribbean (LATAMC) design and construction team providing technical services for converting, building and opening new hotels, which contributed to opening over 5,000 LATAMC hotel rooms in 2015 (a regional record) and converting portions of hotels into timeshare resorts in five locations in Brazil.

Opened within budget and on schedule before 2015 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships with guest accolades and was recognized as a 2016 ARDA Design Award Finalist.• Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek Resort Orlando, FL 2011 400 upper upscale hotel keys $124M ($310k per key) Developed new build company owned property as the “benchmark standard” for the hotel company. Recruited lead design talent. Led from conception, programming, planning, estimates and capital budgets for funding, constructing and opening of 400-room resort overlooking Walt Disney World Resort.• Wyndham National Harbor Resort Outside Washington, DC 2009 250 upscale timeshare condominiums $122M ($488k per key) Managed full block urban resort development concurrent within new 300 acre high density mixed use destination on the Potomac River. Coordinated numerous complicated infrastructure and approval requirements for timely approval. Completed high-rise complex on schedule, approximately $2M under overall $122M budget. Earned additional $400k profit for sale of retail shell back to master developer.

Spearheaded expansion of 50+ person timeshare development department to extend services to newly acquired hotel brands after corporate restructuring. Recruited and led up to 15 talented staff to grow portfolio of hotel franchise brands including Wyndham Grand, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and other tiers. Continued to lead and mentor development team to plan and build timeshare resorts.• Launched new initiatives and talent realignment to provide development expertise to hotel brand portfolio. Led annual investment program to create extensive library of hotel design resources and prototypes, increasing hotel room growth pipeline year over year. Authored design standards and development process tools and guides.• Created design and construction guides and prototypes for Wyndham hotel brands and Planet Hollywood Hotels Design Essence. Managed internal design and construction team and external consultants, successfully opening on schedule and budget. Awarded ARDA design recognition.• Wyndham La Belle Maison, New Orleans, LA 2008 134 upscale urban timeshare condominiums - $37M ($276k per key) Acquired four irregular abandoned early 1900’s historic warehouses and adapted to self-develop novel new urban resort. Innovated new urban units to achieve financial metrics. Navigated historic agencies, added floors, adapted mis-aligned levels, solved unprecedented atrium and overcame hurricane Ivan.• Wyndham Wilderness Resort, Wisconsin Dells, WI 2006 201 upscale timeshare condominiums - $53M ($264k per key) Established development plans and capital budgets for third party developer building turn-key waterpark resort, timeshare units and sales gallery to exact specifications. Led internal design and construction team and external vendors to develop one of the highest sales performance (VPG) resorts in timeshare system.

Led planning and design in Eastern US for world’s largest timeshare development and sales organization.
