Recruited lead design talent. Led from conception, programming, planning, estimates and capital budgets for funding, constructing and opening of 400-room resort overlooking Walt Disney World Resort.• Wyndham National Harbor Resort Outside Washington, DC 2009 250 upscale timeshare condominiums $122M ($488k per key) Managed full block urban resort development concurrent within new 300 acre high density mixed use destination on the Potomac River. Coordinated numerous complicated infrastructure and approval requirements for timely approval. Completed high-rise complex on schedule, approximately $2M under overall $122M budget.
