I led the Revery project team and own the relationship with our client, Google. I was happy to return to Swift on a contract basis to do some great work with some amazing people.I primarily developed project scopes, budgets, timelines and staffing plans across multiple client workstreams. In addition, I created and executed project plans and procured and managed all project resources.
