• Manage large cases for top tier Law firms, International Clients, and corporations.• Consult and develop custom workflows catered to the needs of individual case teams.• Identify new Technologies and workflows which we can incorporate into our current workflows to help assist and grow our client base. • Build & Grow project Management department based on the company’s growth and needs• Take detailed instructions from clients and Advise clients to which E-discovery Hosting and Forensic solutions will best fit their current cases from both cost and case logistic points of view. • Train attorney’s paralegals and other legal Personnel on E-discovery tools. • Act as an escalation point for all problems which cannot be solved by the Analyst or team member assigned to the case. • Train analysts how to better support clients and train them to one day become project managers.• Managed the deadlines of projects and productions while understanding the expectations of the client as well as alerting the client to our own capabilities. • Track and report on the status of projects as well as providing search reports and custom reports pertaining to individual data sets.• Bill projects as well as provide billing and tracking sheets to clients detailing PM and Tech hours along with the Justification for those hours.• Create best practices and implement those best practices within the project management team.• Work with Sales Team to create and present demos to potential and existing clients.• Staff and Manage all Lightspeed Reviews both in-house and remote.

Manage a Electronic Discovery Lab for the FOIA, Records, and E-discovery team of the DOJ Civil Division. Maintain all Relativity databases for the FOIA team, evaluate new software and assist in the development of software for the Records team. Also consult on Analytic cases for CACI an other divisions.
