Managed operations/shore excursions for Silversea Expeditions West Africa (Explorer’s Africa & Atlantic Shores voyages), working with travel suppliers in the Republic of Congo, Sao Tome & Principe, Cameroon, Benin, Togo, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Sierra Leone, Gambia and Senegal. Produced highly detailed documents outlining all requested arrangements which also served to provide expedition field staff with extensive details on each stop.Traveled on-board Silversea Expeditions ship, Silver Explorer from Congo to Senegal in April of 2017, overseeing the operational details for each stop.

o Responsible for successful and smooth operation of 10 to 15 expeditions per year to all 7 continents. o Directly and extensively involved in the entire expedition planning and execution, initial itinerary creation & development to numerous destinations worldwide including Kamchatka, Alaska, Belize, Costa Rica, Peru, Chile, Argentina, South Georgia, Norway and Baltic countries, west African countries from Congo to Senegal, United Arab Emirates, India, Japan and others o Researched travel suppliers at destination, negotiated rates and contracted for all group travel arrangements and operational details including but not limited to group night hotel bookings, group and independent transfers, meal & beverage services, charter air arrangements, daily activities, entrance fees and permits.o Provided invaluable destination information to sales team with activity suggestions and general logistical expertise based on extensive travel experience to most regions.o Traveled to all seven continents while with Zegrahm both on ship itineraries as well as on land programs. Destinations included Japan, Kamchatka, Alaska, Nova Scotia, the Caribbean, Central America, Ecuador & the Galapagos, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, South Georgia, the Antarctic Peninsula, Iceland, India, Uganda and Australia.o Scouted Hokkaido Birding/Natural History extensions to 1999 Fire & Ice Kamchatka expeditionso Co-led Snow Monkeys & Cranes of Japan & Wild India expeditionso Scouted Coastal Brazil expeditiono Created, designed and scouted first-ever Zegrahm Wild Caribbean itinerary.
