Ted is an Executive MBA graduate of Emory University's Goizueta Business School. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a major in International Business - Marketing from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business along with a degree in Japanese Language and Literature.Currently, Ted is CEO and Chief Investment Officer for Tomo-Titan. In addition, he serves as Head of Liquidity.Previously, Ted had joined the Financial Risk Management Division at SunTrust Bank as a derivatives analyst in 1999. In June of 2000, he helped start the Equity Derivatives Group at SunTrust. For over twelve years he was responsible for structuring complex Equity Derivative Contracts and Structured Equity Products across the entire SunTrust market footprint including Trust, Wealth Management, Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Divisions. This included structuring Single Stock Equity hedging transactions such as Zero Premium Equity Collars and Variable Prepaid Forward Contracts with highly customized risk and investment return profiles. In addition, he specialized in Structured Notes and CDs including Enhanced Return Notes, Contingent Coupon and Absolute Return Barrier Structures with varying underlying asset classes, customized payouts and leveraged exposure.Prior to joining Equity Derivatives, Ted structured interest rate derivatives / interest rate swaps, credit derivatives / credit default swaps, and commodity risk management solutions. He originally joined SunTrust CBT in January 1997 after which he joined the Corporate and Investment Banking division as a financial analyst. Ted was a corporate banker with several groups including Specialized Finance, Corporate South, Corporate Southeast and Corporate New York. Ted facilitated associate development in the application of the Chicago Financial Model and was a member of the Alcar Financial System implementation team.
